It’s once again time for our entire LEVEL 3 family to join us for the 2025 Moorpark Country Days parade on Saturday, October 4th! This year’s parade theme is PIONEERING! This is an opportunity to create positive core-memories for your family. Our youth members will feel like super-stars and our adults realize just how inspiring they can be to onlookers by just showing up - never underestimate the power of presence! We genuinely appreciate each of you carrying on this Dojo tradition!
Sign your name and shirt size on the participation sheet in our lobby by August 31st and get a free LEVEL 3 parade shirt to wear and keep! When sharing your memories of this great event on your social media tag @level3karate and use hashtags #level3life and #moorparkcountrydays2025.
Parade participation details (check back for updates Thru event day):
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN: We are parade group (#TBA). All participants must be in the staging area at their assigned location no later than 9:00 a.m - there is no padding to this schedule - this is the time. Parade begins promptly at TBA. Meet up with our group at Walnut Canyon school on Casey Road. Parking will be crowded so get there early enough to search for a parking spot and still meet up with us on time.
DRESS CODE: If you signed up early enough your FREE SHIRT will be ready for pick up on Friday, October 1st between 1pm and 9pm. Students wear LEVEL 3 parade shirt (or any LEVEL 3 shirt if you missed the parade shirt order deadline) with black or white Gi-pants or shorts. Non-Student Walking Guests / Parents - LEVEL 3 shirt if you have one, otherwise please wear black or white or combo black/white if possible. Comfortable walking shoes. Dress for the weather - hat and sunglasses okay. Be sure your apparel is a clean and strong representation of our studio!
Other things to bring: WATER BOTTLE, sunblock, sunshields, and if needed emergency medicines or any other personal supplies.
Conduct & Etiquette: Walk, smile, wave, and CHEER for your group! Please do not leave the group once we are walking. No giving or taking items from parade spectators. Be respectful to all event-goers - you represent LEVEL 3.
